Refund Policy

At Alam Bosch, we strive for the complete satisfaction of our customers. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) and receive a full refund.

1. How to initiate a return
To initiate a return, please email us at returns@alambosch.ch with your order number and details of the product you wish to return. We will reply promptly with clear instructions to complete the return.

2. Return policy

• Returns must be made within 14 days of delivery.

• The item must be unused, in the same condition as you received it, and with its original tags and packaging.

3. Refunds
Once the return is approved, the purchase amount will be refunded using the same payment method as the original transaction, within 5 to 7 business days.

4. Return costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for loss or damage during return shipping.

5. Late or missing refunds
Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at returns@alambosch.ch and we will resolve the matter as soon as possible.

6. Damaged or incorrect items
If you receive a defective item or one different from what you ordered, please contact us at returns@alambosch.ch within 10 days of receiving the product.

Right of withdrawal (for customers in Switzerland and the EU)
You have the right to withdraw from this purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you, or a third party designated by you, received the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us at returns@alambosch.ch providing your order number and a clear statement of your decision to withdraw from the contract.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication regarding the exercise of this right before the withdrawal period has expired.
Please note that in case of withdrawal, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods.
